After living in Mexico City more than 30 years ago, I became a labor coach for immigrant women from Mexico in Oregon, USA. Ever since, I have continued to support families before, during, and after childbirth.<\/p>\n<p>As a\u00a0certified childbirth educator,\u00a0I can give you information about what you can expect during pregnancy, labor and delivery. You can also learn what to expect in the hours, days, and weeks after delivery (postpartum period). I can guide you about proper diet and exercise. I can show you techniques for relaxation, muscle control, and breathing during labor and delivery. Preparing for childbirth can reduce your stress both before, during and after labor and delivery.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>As a\u00a0certified health and wellness coach, I am here to support you with your health-related behavior change goals during pregnancy and after giving birth. Possible topics include healthy eating, exercise, stress management and improved sleep. In postpartum, I support you as you adapt to your new life with your baby, including, for example, helping to ensure you get rest and space to bond, healthy meals and exercise.\u00a0 Perhaps you&#8217;re working on your health and struggling to stay on track, or you are feeling stuck!
